The Bentley Bentayga is a hot commodity right now.
The Bentayga, a luxury SUV loaded with innovative features, is slated to become Bentley's top seller and help double Bentley's annual US sales, according to an Automotive News report. The car is actually so popular that Michael Winkler, Bentley's CEO for the Americas, told The Street that there's a 1,500 Bentayga backlog that represents an entire year of sales.
But a backorder is something Bentley was expecting. Bentley Chairman Wolfgang Durheimer told Business Insider's Ben Zhang in April 2015 that Bentley was "building 3,600 Bentaygas in the first year and there's more demand than that for the vehicle just in America."
It's a nice bump for parent company Volkswagen, which is still under fire for the emissions scandal and could still face criminal and civil penalties.

The Bentley also comes with a number of driver aids, like a warning system that will detect crossing traffic when you're pulling out of a parking space.

There are also four cameras on the car that will display the car's surroundings.
It comes with a heads-up display system that will project information like speed and navigation on the dashboard.

It also comes with a night vision feature that will display obstacles ahead you might miss when driving in the dark.
